The Cost of Flight
Flights are two hundred fifty dollars per person. We accept all major credit cards and pay pal. You can book online or call us at (828)242-5275. Our fleet of ultra modern, less than one year old, Cameron Balloons accommodate up to twenty four passengers plus the pilots. Flights last about an hour; we fly year round, every morning the weather is good and we have passengers scheduled. Certificates are transferable and expire two years from the date of purchase.

Flight Schedule and Reservations

Although flights are considered a success once we have launched, flight’s generally last forty-five to sixty minutes. Duration of flights is largely determined by available landing options. We do not pass on a good landing option to stay airborne for five or ten minutes longer.
Dates should be booked well in advance. Weekend flights fill up eight to twelve weeks in advance. Leaf season flights should be booked as far in advance as possible. We will fly over downtown Asheville only when weather conditions permit. There are times that the weather in downtown is not suitable for flight, but weather in surrounding areas will be ideal for flight. Launch options vary daily and there is no guarantee that we will fly over Asheville. In the event we cannot fly over Asheville but can fly elsewhere we do not refund or reschedule we simply launch for a successful flight. If the weather does not permit us to fly we will try our best to reschedule your flight as soon as possible.

You can purchase your flight over the phone or through PayPal right here on our website. We accept all major credit cards. If you’d like, you can also purchase a gift certificate through our website for a friend or a loved one to use on a later date. Once you call in to schedule your flight, and your date is confirmed we will email you a confirmation entitling you to a hot air balloon ride over Asheville. Certificates are non-refundable, are transferable and good for two years after the date purchased.
