They were all a friendly bunch.
The message the evening before is too generic and should be updated according to the season. I overdressed. Keep up the good work. We enjoyed the champagne toast at the end.

It was an awesome experience
It's a fantastic experience led by a very professional staff. After 2 scheduled trips were scheduled due to poor weather (glad they wanted us to be safe and have a good experience), we were able to go on a beautiful clear morning. From shuttle pickup to post flight champagne toast, this was a memorable experience. A well-done safety video was played during our ride to the launch site.Two thumbs up for R.O. Franks!

Floating in the air with an expert at the helm was such a serene experience. The sounds of dogs barking, roosters crowing, and cows mooing wafted up to greet us as we glided over the valley at sunrise; Soaring over the valley floor with the hazy mountains as a backdrop will be a cherished memory for both me and my son.
We enjoyed the whole experience. The landing showed why you need really qualified captains. it was so cool how he maneuvered over trees to land us in a field. Made it look easy. Very nice folks.

Flying in a balloon was unlike anything I have ever done before. Floating gently above the world with a pilot who knows what he is doing was an exhilarating experience that I will always remember.
Jackson thank you for giving me the courage to go up. I kept repeating what you told me and made up my mind that I would go up with my daughter. It was a once in a lifetime experience. Addison you are a wonderful pilot. Thank you for the ride!

Very well done…on time, were what they said they were…happy group, a very enjoyable experience…and I stayed on the ground! My husband went up and enjoyed it immensely. The pilot joined us on the bus for the ride back…opened champagne…invited anyone who wanted to join him for breakfast. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to my family and friends!

We especially enjoyed the balloon set up; and, our pilot/Addison was quite the professional. He shared with us that he's been chasing balloons since he was 15; he's now 31! So the company is owned by him and his mother–who piloted the smaller balloon. We were 8 passengers plus our pilot; and, amazingly–both the lift off and landing were extrememly peaceful. We were in the air about 40 minutes and loved the view. WHAT A RIDE!! J.A. & L. Marchinda
It was absolutely breathtaking!! My 3 friends and I went up in the smaller balloon with Rowena and had a blast. We had perfect weather and the view went for miles. We lifted off soon after sunrise and at one point as fog rolled in between to mountain tops it looked like a rolling river! We toasted our landing with a bottle of champagne. The whole staff and the wonderful ground crew made it a most delightful experince. Im sure we will go back.
Our pilot was very friendly with a warm personality! The group participation was fun as well! Perfect takeoff, perfect landing! Well worth the money…I would recommend a ride in the fall. The foliage was gorgeous!

the flight was just 35 minutes not like mentioned 45 to 60 minutes.the prep time upfront and after was really long for just a 35 mintue flight. butbesides that everything was really nice. our pilot was the best.

Addison and his crew were great, the experience was once in alifetime. I would suggest however that they provide in their disclaimers going forwardthat passengers are enlisted to help (shocked us) and how long it takes once youland. We just barely made our hotel checkout time without being charged for anotherday. And our checkout time was noon, when you have an early morning flight you wouldnever anticipate the length of time till you are brought back to the meeting location.
It was great – we only won't return again because it was a one-timeexperience for us. We do recommend to others though!

It was a truly enjoyable experience. The crew was on time and very polite and understanding. The guide went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed the experience. The guide was also extremely knowledgeable and his mastery of flying was shown by his expert handling of the balloon. R.O. Franks Aviation def. made the event (engagement to my gf) an extremely memorable experience. I would recommend this for anyone..we are both afraid of heights and it was not a factor…that is to show how smooth the ride and instructions were! I highly recommend R.O. Franks Aviation Company.
